End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and the developer of Rosetone ("the Software"). By installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. License grant
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on any Mac that you own or control. Each license covers a single user; if several people use the Software, each of them needs their own license.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- sell, resell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software or your license;
- redistribute the Software, in whole or in part, including by sharing license keys or making the Software available for download;
- remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices in the Software.
3. Reverse engineering
Nothing in this Agreement prohibits reverse engineering. You may inspect, decompile, and study the Software for your own purposes.
4. Ownership
The developer retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. Purchasing a license grants you only the rights expressly stated in this Agreement; all other rights are reserved.
5. Updates
Any update to the Software is covered by this Agreement unless it comes with its own license terms.
6. Termination
This Agreement ends automatically if you breach it. On termination, you must stop using the Software and delete all copies.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the Software.
